Junkyard Warriors all

ok this is the group pic of the Junk yard warriors

Humver Craft, Jet Dozer, R.R.T., Beatle Buste, Pay Load, Terrain Sub

the premise behind this set was i found a lot of old micro machines that have broke in the 15+ years i've owned them so i thought it remind me of a junk yard so i tried to build some new ones that looked like a crew of warriors and mechanics raided the junk heaps left after battles building new machines form the parts left behind to amass their own forces

(please note this is fantasy and yes i know this is not possible nor is any of the vehicles in this set there for fun)

BEATLE BUSTER
Beatle Buster is piece one of six in my micro machines "junkyard warrior" set

the front is a Volkswagen beatle while the rear is a military pickup with a mounted turret

the story for this vehicle is that after a battle near San Francisco the mechanics found the rear but could not found a any front end that was not to far damaged till the stumbled upon the Volkswagen after moving a bigger Humvee engine in to the vehicle

TERRAIN SUB
Terrain Sub is piece two of six in my micro machines "junkyard warrior" set

the base is a rpg dual 6-pack launcher body equipped with a claw equipped submarine as the cab and 2 large pontoons to help water travel it is still functional as a sub and a land vehicle

the story for this vehicle is that after a bombing on the a military base in Maryland they found a disabled sub near the cape as well as the base and while using the base as a trailer to move the sub a mechanic had the idea to to build the two in to one unit

PAY LOAD
Pay Load is piece three of six in my micro machines "junkyard warrior" set

this vehicle is a helicopter/jet mounted on a prism tank base it has a 2 missile turret on top as well as 10 base mounted missiles

the story for this vehicle is that after collecting parts from many different battles after dogfights this was built as the junkyard warrior's main "tank" unit its defiantly a heavy class weapon

JET DOZER
Jet Dozer is piece Four of six in my micro machines "junkyard warrior" set

this is a jet plane with wings folded up against the body of the jet , engine has been removed wings stayed as a weapons rack the jet has been mounted to a prism tank body that is modified with a dozer body and plow

the story for this vehicle is that a mechanic on a parts scouting mission came across a plane that had crashed in to a prism tank in a construction sight

HUMVER CRAFT
Humver Craft is piece five of six in my micro machines "junkyard warrior" set

the base is a hover craft that has been mounted with a Humvee cab for a cabin and a personal carrier rear that has been fitted with a tank turret

the story for this vehicle is that as parts have been found on the field it has been upgraded it started as a simple hover craft with a Humvee cap the it got its expanded space with personal carrier , later the turret was added

R.R.T.
R.R.T. (Radio Reconnaissance Truck/tank) is piece six of six in my micro machines "junkyard warrior" set

the base is a modified tank body with a rig trailer hook up to allow hauling of other pieces the cab is both the main and targeting cab from a ground to air missile truck the targeting cab has been moved along side the main cab and converted in to a radio room als0 the back has bee angled and a stationary gunless tank turret as been placed back on for an entrance/exit to the vehicle

the story for this vehicle is that it was made quickly out of necessity my a group of mechanics separated form there warrior counter parts hence the rough look of the vehicle
